THE BRIDE: Suzie has been teaching for 13 years. She is currently a 4/5 combination teacher at Buena Vista Elementary School in Bakersfield CA. Her passion is working with children with special needs and will be working on her MA in Special Education in the next year. She has lived in Bakersfield for 41 years. She is a 1986 Graduated of West High School and has a B.A in Liberal Studies and a Minor in Psychology from California State University Bakersfield. She adores her three children Kaylah (16), Colton (12) and Clayton (7)
THE GROOM: Josh is originally from Hollywood and moved to Atascadero with his Step-Dad in 1989. He attended Atascadero High School in 1995. One of Josh's proud accomplishments was working on the Big Sir Fire in 2008, while working for Cal Fire and the Forestry Service. Josh is currently working for Cal Lowbed Service in Bakersfield, CA. He has two girls, Kasey (11), and Abbey (6). He enjoys spending time with his girls and watching Kasey dance at recitals and various dance competitions.
